The security deposit depends on the vehicle provider you take out your car subscription with. A provider may require a fixed deposit or a deposit equal to two monthly payments. The provider will share the exact amount and terms of the deposit with you after approving your information and in the final quote.

Our rates are based on a standard allowance of 1,250 kilometers per month. This means you can drive 1,250 kilometers each month (15,000 km per year). Want a larger allowance from the start? You can easily select it when you apply. We charge €38 for an additional 250 km. You can average your kilometer usage over the term of your subscription: If you drive less than 1,250 km in a month, the unused kilometers roll over to the following month. If you drive more than 1,250 km in a month, you can offset those extra kilometers by driving less in the following months. This allows you to spread your kilometer usage flexibly over your subscription. Your vehicle provider monitors your usage and will contact you if you consistently drive more than your allowance. Want to adjust your allowance during your subscription? No problem; you can arrange this directly with your vehicle provider.

If your car is damaged or you have an accident, you must report it immediately to the vehicle provider supplying your car. Your provider will give you the exact insurance terms and information about handling damage claims.

Yes. The vehicle features and options shown are indicative. You will receive your chosen make, model, transmission, and fuel type, as listed on the website. Cars are supplied by different vehicle providers, so the available options or accessories may vary. The final configuration is always confirmed by the vehicle provider in the agreement. The listed destinations are: Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Andorra. Travel to any country not mentioned here is expressly prohibited and is only permitted in individual cases with prior, explicit written permission from the vehicle provider or owner.
