We are Carsub and offer the most flexible car subscription in the Netherlands. Car subscriptions are still a fairly new way of driving. Do you want to help grow this new way of driving? And do you think you can get people excited about becoming a Carsub member? Then we need your help!
As a "Customer On-Demand Worker," your goal is to help customers on their way by answering questions and requests.
Calling, appending and emailing customers.
So that customers are happy and stay happy, but most importantly, get their questions answered.
Every day we receive many emails, phone calls, apps and DMs from customers. These, of course, need to be answered. It's up to you to handle these questions about our subscriptions. You are the first person a customer gets on the line when they contact Carsub. You help them (again) on their way by contacting car companies regarding requests, switches, cancellations or answering other questions.
Becoming a specialist in Trengo.
For the administration and arrangement of all contacts.
We use Trengo, to find all communications in one place. So that internally we are all aware of the latest questions and requests. Gradually you learn to understand Trengo better and better and you manage to set it up even more efficiently. You like that yourself and we can probably appreciate it too.
Helping transition to a new system
Yep, old-fashioned knock-in work.
On the one hand, we still have an old system, in which a lot of (old) information can be found. On the other hand, we also have a new system, in which there is still little information. You understand... Some information needs to be updated and put into the new system. We could use some help with that so that everything runs smoothly.
We offer you a great contract
At least, if you want to work 20 hours or more for us. The salary is up for discussion. The more you can do, the better we pay you. You get ...% vacation allowance anyway. That's how we are.
We have a thunderous free mibo
You've worked hard for another week and are ready for the weekend. We get it. So do we. That's why we end the week with a nice Friday afternoon drink, after which you can drive off into the weekend with squealing tires.
We are as flexible as our car subscription
Similar to phone, streaming and music subscriptions, we offer a monthly subscription, but for cars. We offer our subscribers the chance to set up their car usage in a simple, flexible and all-inclusive way. With our subscription you move with your lifestyle, you can easily switch cars and we provide unprecedented freedom for a fixed monthly fee. Our subscriber 'just' has to choose a car and we take care of the rest!
