Do you have a Carsub car subscription and do you drive an EV? Make your life even easier with the Carsub Energy Charge Card! Together with our partner Chargit, we offer you access to more than 350,000 (fast)charging points across Europe, including Fastned, Ionity, Shell, Allego, ANWB, Vattenfall and BP. Whether you're charging at home or on the go, you can always count on a seamless charging experience.

The Carsub Energy charge card is a special card that our subscribers with an EV can use to charge their vehicle at public and private charging points. This pass provides easy access to a network of charging stations without the need for multiple apps or passes.
Subscribers can request the Carsub Energy charge card via the Carsub Energy website.
After receiving the Carsub Energy charge card, you can activate it via the Carsub Energy website.
The Carsub Energy charge card can be purchased for a one-off payment of €12.00 per card. The cost of charging your vehicle depends on the rates of the respective charging station and is charged monthly.
You can charge your EV at a wide network of more than 350.000 public charging stations that accept the Carsub Energy charge card. A full list of compatible charging stations all over Europe can be found on our website and on the website of Chargit.
Hold the Carsub Energy charge card in front of the charging stations card reader. Once the card has been recognized, you can start the charging process. Follow the on-screen instructions on the charging station to begin charging.
Your charging transactions and cost summaries are available in your My Chargit online account. You can view all the details of your loading history there.
If your Carsub Energy charge card is lost or stolen, report it immediately via your online account or contact Carsub Energy Customer Service. We will block the card and send you a new one.
Yes, you can request multiple Carsub Energy charge cards for family members or fellow users of your vehicle. You can arrange this via your My Chargit online account.
The only limitation is that the Carsub Energy charge card only works at charging stations that are part of the Carsub Energy network. Always check beforehand that the desired charging station is compatible.
You can cancel your Carsub Energy charge card subscription via your My Chargit online account or by contacting the customer service. Please note that all outstanding charging costs must be paid before cancellation can be completed.
You can manage your Carsub Energy charge card via your My Chargit online account on the Carsub website. Here you can activate your Carsub Energy charge card, view transactions, and make changes.
